The Life Ideals and Role-Playing collaborative course helps adults explore their personal goals and values through collaborative storytelling and guided reflection.
Participants meet once a week for a one-hour online group coaching session and twice a week for a text-based Dungeons & Dragons campaign led by professional game masters from Theater of Dice.
This approach combines the power of creative play with structured self-assessment and group discussion to support insight, growth, and confidence.
